Co-workers at The High Companies are proud of the many awards and recognitions earned throughout the organization's nearly 75 year history.  Here are some of the awards received by The High Companies:

2004 Regent Diamond Award
Plantation Oaks Apartments in Charleston, SC, won the 2004 Regent Diamond Award from the Charleston Apartment Association. The award recognizes the best apartment community between 11 and 20 years of age in the Charleston Tri-County area.

2004 APEX Award of Excellence
Awarded to High Real Estate Group for Real Estate Matters and High Construction Company for Constructive Advice.  This is the fourth consecutive year that these publications have received this recognition.

2003 Best of Living Awards
The Bentley Ridge and Greenfield Estates apartment communities, managed by High Associates, Ltd., received multiple Best of Living Awards in 2003 from the Apartment Association of Central Pennsylvania.  Bentley Ridge was recognized for curb appeal and overall community excellence, and Greenfield Estates for leasing and marketing as well as overall community excellence.

2003 Hilton Pride Award
High Hotels' Homewood Suites by Hilton - Harrisburg West was recognized as the top hotel among the entire Homewood Suites brand.  The award was based on customer feedback and guest satisfaction.

2003 Governor's Safety Award
High Concrete Structures, Inc. received the Governor's Safety Award in November of 2003.  The award was based on exemplary safety practices and the company's safety record.

2002 Outstanding Achievement Award
High Concrete Structures, Inc. was recognized by the American Concrete Institute (ACI) for outstanding achievement on several parking deck projects in July of 2002.  ACI's Delaware Valley Chapter presented the grand prize to High Concrete for the Merck Southwest parking structure in West Point, Pennsylvania.

2002 Family Business of the Year
Awarded to S. Dale High and the rest of the High family at a banquet in the Ben Franklin House Ballroom on June 5, 2002. Click here for more information.

2002 Power Broker Award
High Associates, Ltd. was awarded the 2002 Power Broker Award from CoStar.  This award was given the top 20 brokerage firms in the Philadelphia market.

2002 Design Awards
High Concrete Structures, Inc. was named a winner in the 2002 Design Awards competition sponsored by the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI).  They were awarded Best In Class for the Second Street Garage in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.  The recognition was based on the structure's unique design that solved a number of problems without compromising aesthetics or efficiency.
